About XBHR
XBHR is a multi-disciplinary, global forum for professional advisors and academics who are experts in cross-border human resources issues. XBHR’s key objective is to create a think tank of human resources experts across the globe who are interested and involved in cross-border human resources issues in order to:
- discuss and influence the development of cross-border human resources law and practice and to enable members to share information and experience.
- network with other cross-border HR experts around the world.
- focus on the key legal, tactical and practical implications in genuine cross-border human resources and employment transactions and disputes.
Our members include in-house HR Legal counsel, HR Directors, private practice lawyers, HR consultants, tax, benefits andimmigration advisors, crisis management experts and management consultants.
Management Committee
The composition of our management committee reflects the multi-disciplinary, multi-national nature of our association.
Our nine members are all involved in cross-border HR issues, in a variety of disciplines and in many countries across the world.
